Function continues as an Investor in People

Investors in People is the leading people management benchmark of business improvement and Function has been reassessed and continues to meet the Investor in People Standard, an accolade first awarded in 2004.

The 2010 assessor particularly commented on how our people "display real pride in being part of Function and this pride and loyalty is one of the most valuable assets senior management have."

We think so, but it's nice to hear it from other people sometimes.
