"I received a phone call at around 5pm on Wednesday from my contact in New York to confirm that he needed a server rack / equipment delivered to Guernsey on Friday (today) for his staff who are flying in from the US tomorrow to set up and have up and running for their client first thing Monday morning.

I had a quote to him by 8pm on Wednesday and this was accepted / confirmed at 00:30 hrs on Thursday morning our time.

The Server rack / equipment was collected Thursday morning at 11am (the same day) and was delivered at 11am this morning!"

The client commented as follows:

"Thank you for providing the quote and your assistance with such short notice.  Function has once again been distinguished by excellent service and response to our needs."
