A2 Housing
Function helped A2 Housing, one of the largest housing groups in the South East, move to their new offices in Staines. Before staff could move into the new building, Function carried out some small works consisting of floor box moving, redecoration, partitioning and new flooring. New furniture was supplied by sister company, Liberated Space, while Function disposed of A2’s old furniture.
Savills
Commercial property agent Savills appointed Function to refurbish their Sloane Street offices in SW1. Refurbishment of the three floors took place one floor at a time over a three-week period. Work began each Friday evening with staff being relocated to temporary locations before furniture was removed and disposed of responsibly. With the furniture gone, the electrical contractors and decorators moved in and completed their work in time for a delivery of new furniture the following Wednesday from Function’s sister company, Furniture for Business. After furniture installation, Function unpacked Savills’ filing before recommissioning and testing all IT ready for staff to return to their desks the following Monday.
