Glencairn
Glencairn are a Lloyds insurance broker based in the City of London employing 230 staff. They chose Function as their move partner to relocate their staff from two existing buildings in Aldgate to new prestigious offices in Fenchurch Street.
As well as providing a comprehensive file packing service, Function implemented a full filing audit as part of the moving process. This audit allowed the client to significantly reduce the amount of storage required in their new offices. It also enabled the client to dramatically improve their classification system and streamline their internal processes.
Canopius
When leading specialist underwriters Canopius needed to relocate, they appointed Function to take charge of their migration to three floors of Lloyds of London. Canopius needed a turn-key solution with minimal downtime for their 300 staff. The project took place over three consecutive weekends and included the complete decommission and recommission of all IT equipment, the sequential packing and unpacking of around 700 linear metres of filing as well as reconfiguration of an existing storage wall.
